2007-03-27 Upgrade of Inter-Carrier Billing solution for IPP
A Finnet company, Ikaalisten-Parkanon Puhelin (IPP)
has been delivered an upgrade in order to adapt billing
for a virtual operator operating in their network.
This upgrade effectively moves some precalculation tasks
to mediation stage.
This goal-directed joint development was established in 2004
whereafter the system has evolved towards a complete,
user-friendly web administered Inter-Carrier Billing.
