Celtel Revenue Assurance

NSF Telecom provided TTAnalyzer to Celtel International B.V. is a Dutch holding
company for GSM cellular operations in 13 African countries.

Celtel wanted to have a Revenue Assurance tool that would allow them to correlate
the CDR information, collected in the different GSM markets that are operated by Celtel.

The information that is available after the mediation and billing process is not
considered to be adequate in order to verify the charged events and the total number
of events in detail, i.e. comparison of the results before and after the mediation and
billing system.

TTAnalyzer made it possible to compare the event details and combinations of groups
of events simultaneously in one split window, allowing the recognition of revenue
Leakages and opportunities for extra income.

TTA is also used by the local Celtel companies in Chad and Gabon
