In the beginning of 2003 NSF Telecom concluded an agreement with Song
Networks
in Finland to supply and support the Song Networks’ Intelligent
Networks services. Song Networks has had many customized IN services in
use since early 90’s.
There are also standard services such as Universal Access Number, Freephone
and Premium rate in use.
NSF Telecom provided Song Networks with a web based service administration.
The new service provisioning allows the operator personnel in the contact
centre to
manage the services by themselves without the need for having the knowledge
of
the underlying technology.
NSF Telecom has capability to provide tailor-made services in a few weeks
according
to needs of Customer.
